As a real estate investor and entrepreneur, we are cursed with believing we can do it all ourselves. This is why many of us left corporate-America; we know we can accomplish greater things, but not under the rule of a job. We start out our new venture with a sense of invincibility and begin to tackle the work at hand tirelessly. We tackle the cleaning of our office with the same bravado as negotiating a deal. There’s a sense of purpose to what we are doing.
As the business grows, the work load begins to grow. We are excited for our business and we find ourselves putting in longer hours, probably more than we ever did when we worked for someone else. We continue to work tirelessly to accomplish our goals and prove to the nay-sayers that we can do it.
