Weather's Affect on Real Estate
It’s amazing the impact weather has on real estate; from the design of the building to the way the house should face. In South Florida we know all too well about the impact of hurricanes, in the Midwest, it’s tornadoes, in the North you deal with the harsh winters, in the west, you can go from record droughts to monsoons and even earthquakes. All these factors we may take for granted when we live in them, but as an investor we must account for these issues especially when upgrading a property.
